I.)

a.)

The contractor agrees to write the speech on the basis of one or, if required, and of course also several detailed preliminary talks personally tailored to the client.

The place for the talks is the above address. Exceptions are determined individually. The travel expenses regulation in the contract is expressly pointed out.

First, there will be a first meeting to get to know each other. The basics of the speech are in one, if necessary. also held further in-depth discussions and recorded.

The first meeting to get to know each other can only be guaranteed in this form if sufficient time is available before the event day.

If this is not the case, the introductory and profound discussions must take place simultaneously.

b.)

The contractor will reserve the desired date specified by the client first non-binding. The binding reservation of the desired date takes place only after signing of the contract and payment of the down payment mentioned in the contract.

However, the contractor assumes no guarantee that the desired date of the client can be implemented, for example because of high demand for this date. In such a case, the contractor will suggest alternate dates to the client.

The contractor assumes no liability in the event that the bindingly reserved desired date can not be performed for reasons beyond the control of the contractor or constitute force majeure (eg fire, war or similar).

II.)

a.)

The Contractor undertakes to be on time on the day of the event and to have the written speech in an appropriate representative format. In addition, the Contractor will appear at the venue for appropriate clothing.

The contractor is permitted to present the written text with the assistance of a written template. She is not obliged to a free speech.

b.)

Should the contractor be unable to fulfill its obligations under the contract due to illness or accident, the contractor will seek a substitute speaker. An obligation to do so will not be accepted.

Should the contractor be unable to substitute for a substitute, she will provide the clients with the speech in written form so that the speech can be held by another person chosen by the clients.

However, this does not affect the obligation of the client to pay the fee agreed in the contract.

The same applies in the event that the contractor is prevented from fulfilling its obligations under the contract for reasons of force majeure. Reasons of force majeure include fire, war, strike, natural disasters, etc.

c.)

The principals undertake to guarantee the technical conditions for holding the speech on the day of the event. These include microphone, speakers, cables, amplifiers, power, etc.

The client also undertakes to provide sun protection for the duration of the outdoor ceremony.

The contractor also has the necessary technical equipment.

The contractor is not responsible for the musical accompaniment of the ceremony.

III.)

a.) The client grants the contractor its agreement that the contractor electronically stores the personal data and information transmitted by him or commissioned service providers and machines them for the presumed business purposes.

b.) The client undertakes to treat all information, data and agreements in connection with the execution of the order confidentially to the contractor and not to pass them on to third parties without the consent of the contractor. This obligation continues to apply to the client even after termination of the contract.

Liability for content
